In this refined villa project, the design brief called for elegance with a handcrafted soul. We applied Satin Perlata,  a soft pearlescent sheen, to the interior walls. The result was a luxurious yet understated surface finish that responded beautifully to light, adding richness and subtle depth to the space.

Satin Perlata offered the perfect balance of sophistication and natural texture—bringing a gentle shimmer without overpowering the serene mood of the villa. The finish is breathable, eco-conscious, and easy to maintain, making it ideal for a premium residential setting with long-term value and comfort.
